My family lives in Milwaukee and we take our kid to the museums in Chicago once in a while - once a year or so. We had a great time at the Shedd Aquarium and Field Museum, but we spent SO much money on lunch and snacks that I cringed at the thought of stopping anywhere for dinner. However, we were all hungry and my husband pointed out that we would be stuck in terrible rush-hour traffic if we tried to leave right when the museum closed... So we decided to stay in Chicago for dinner. Our GPS directed us to this place when we typed in 'pizza' and it was great! Delicious two-layer pizza and wonderful service. The waiter (I think he must have also been part owner) actually made my youngest son a separate little pizza when I mentioned that he doesn't like the toppings that the rest of us like - on the house! My son was so thrilled. It was the perfect end to a perfect day, and I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone.

My husband and I were wonderfully surprised with their double stuffed pizza. When it came, the pizza was two thin crusts held together by mozzarella cheese with a zesty sauce and toppings. Very tasty and something we both were delighted to come back for.

I've been wanting to stop in this place, and finally had lunch there with my husband and a friend. The design is comfortable, cozy and definitely bistro-like. Two of us ordered the grilled chicken caesar salad, which was very nice. The chicken was nicely grilled, with rosemary; very tender and served warm. My husband had the creamy French onion soup, which he thought was very good. Two of us ordered coffee that initially when served was very watery. The server quickly responded, taking the cups back and brought us decent, if not terribly good, coffee. The menu was quite varied - maybe too many options - from pastas, flatbread pizzas, custom-ordered sandwiches & burgers to salads & more standard entrees. They're also open at 10:00 for breakfast which, I believe, is served until 2:00. It's a lovely little place which deserves to have more customers. They've only been open since May. Give it a try.

I was hesitant to come in here but I finally gave it a shot and I got a big suprise. A completely customized cooked to order cheeseburger that was pretty great. For 11 bucks I got this half pound mushroom burger plus an amazing potato cream soup (big fan of soups) and a side of pasta with meat sauce. I can't say this place is my date night joint but for lunch or a quick dinner. Awesome.
