Such an interesting concept! I came with a group of friends to their holiday menu, each course was extremely inventive, creative, and playful! My favorites were the salad wreath and the Christmas ham broth! I will say initially we were skeptical, however the host/ server John made us feel very comfortable with his charm and his great jokes. I can't wait to com back and see what chef Ernest comes up!!

I recently dined at 3157 with my partner for our anniversary. We had such a great experience! Chef Ernest continually surprised us with each course! One of our favorites was the yuzu marinated shrimp rolled in parsley gel wtih horseradish snow! Also the terrerium dessert ( edible stones and moss with flavors of pineapple and coconut)!! We cant wait to return!
